The Disciple of Lord Jesus Ministry is established in 2012 by Pastor Shahbaz David.

The church started with 30 people and use to meet in tents before they could afford a decent space to meet for worship and fellowship. After a few months, God opened the door for the ministry to rent out a small building that could accommodate around 70 people. The ministry started to grow and flourish as the church continues to reach out to the villages around them.

In early 2014, the church found it to be without a venue again. Pastor Shahbaz believed God for a building and the church was called to pray fervently for a worship place that would be their's.

Pastor Shahbaz had an idea and decided to build a church at the compound of his own home. Without any money to spare, the church started to deal with contractors for the construction of the church, believing that the Lord will provide and by the grace of God, the finances came through.

This church is a mission-centered church and believes that the Great Commission is not to be taken lightly. Despite the lack of resources

(manpower and finance), the church pushes their limitation in organizing more mission-trips, evangelical events, baptisms and also manage to recently start a bible school.

Senior Pastor Shahbaz David and his wife, Pastor Samina David are currently serving the Lord fulltime.
